1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyMoney.bot website ("Website") and automated trading software ("Service"). By accessing or using the Website or Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Website and the Service.

2. Owner Information

The Service is owned, operated, and maintained by an Individual Entrepreneur (Sole Proprietor) operating under a Portugal NIF (000000000), acting personally and not on behalf of any company or legal entity.

Providing the NIF is solely for identification and tax purposes. It does not create or imply the existence of a company, financial institution, investment firm, or any regulated financial service provider.

3. International Use and User Responsibility

The Service is made available globally, except where prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your country or jurisdiction. If the use of automated trading tools, cryptocurrency trading, or this type of software is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Service.

4. Nature of the Service

EasyMoney.bot is provided strictly as software ("Software-as-a-Service"). The Service provides automated tools that execute trading instructions on external cryptocurrency exchanges through API keys that you configure and provide.

The Service and its owner:

  • do not hold or custody your funds;
  • do not have access to withdraw your funds;
  • do not act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary;
  • do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice;
  • do not guarantee profit, performance, or risk reduction;
  • do not enter into any investment contract or fiduciary relationship with you.

All trading actions occur exclusively on your own exchange account under your own full responsibility, using API keys that you create and configure.

5. API Keys and Permissions

The Service requires API keys issued by supported cryptocurrency exchanges (such as Binance, Bybit, OKX and others) in order to function. You create, configure, and manage these API keys entirely on your own.

5.1 Allowed Permissions (Required Minimum)

The Service is designed to work only with the following permissions:

  • Read-only (view data)
  • Spot trading

These are the only permissions that the Service requires or recommends.

5.2 Forbidden Permissions (Must Remain Disabled)

You are strictly prohibited from enabling the following permissions on API keys used with the Service:

  • Withdrawals;
  • Margin trading;
  • Futures / derivatives trading;
  • P2P transfers;
  • Internal transfers;
  • Wallet management;
  • Sub-account management;
  • Any additional permissions not explicitly listed as Allowed.

Users are strictly prohibited from enabling any API permissions other than “Read-only” and “Spot trading”. Any additional permissions, regardless of type, scope, or technical description, are fully forbidden.

5.3 User Responsibility for API Configuration

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You alone are responsible for creating, configuring, and restricting your API keys.
  • The Service does not validate, audit, or monitor your API permissions and cannot prevent losses caused by incorrect or excessive permissions.
  • If you enable any additional permissions, including withdrawals or derivatives trading, such action is performed solely at your own risk, and you bear full and exclusive liability for any resulting consequences, including but not limited to partial or total loss of funds.
  • By using the Service, you release the Service and its owner from any and all liability related to your API configuration and permissions.

6. Service Fees and Payment

The Service may charge a fee (“Service Fee”) for continued access to the EasyMoney.bot automated software and its features.

The Service Fee is calculated as a percentage of the profit reported by you, generated during a trading period while using the software.

The Service Fee is strictly:

  • for access to the automated software and its algorithmic functionality;
  • for usage of the EasyMoney.bot platform;
  • for maintaining system infrastructure and ongoing development;
  • determined based on the performance of your trading while using the software, as you report it;
  • issued as an invoice that you must pay manually if you wish to continue using the Service;
  • not deducted directly from your exchange account, and the Service has no technical ability to withdraw or move your funds.

6.1 No Financial or Brokerage Fee

The Service Fee is NOT:

  • a brokerage commission;
  • a trade-execution fee;
  • a profit-sharing agreement;
  • an investment management fee;
  • a financial operations fee;
  • an incentive-based financial service;
  • or any form of regulated financial compensation.

6.2 Fee Collection and Non-Payment

After a trading period ends, the Service may calculate a fee based on the profit you report. The owner will issue an invoice, and you must pay this invoice manually in order to continue using the Service.

Failure to pay an invoice may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service, without any obligation to provide a refund or continued access.

6.3 User Responsibility for Reporting

You are solely responsible for:

  • verifying and confirming your trading results;
  • accurately reporting your profit for fee calculation;
  • paying the invoice if you wish to continue using the Service.

The Service and its owner do not audit or verify your exchange balances and rely exclusively on the information you provide.

7. No Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice

The Service, Website, and any content provided do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information, strategy, or example provided is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for consulting independent professional advisors where appropriate.

8. User Obligations and Prohibited Use

You agree that you will:

  • use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • keep your account credentials, API keys, and devices secure;
  • monitor your trading activity and account balances regularly;
  • immediately revoke API keys if you suspect any compromise.

You agree that you will not:

  • use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • engage in market manipulation or abusive trading practices;
  • attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • impersonate the Service or its owner;
  • violate any rules or terms of the integrated exchanges.

9. Third-Party Exchanges and Services

The Service integrates with external cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, and others. These exchanges are third-party platforms that are not owned or controlled by the Service or its owner.

The Service is not responsible for:

  • exchange downtime, outages, or maintenance;
  • API limitations, errors, or changes implemented by exchanges;
  • delayed, failed, or partially executed orders;
  • incorrect or missing market data;
  • account suspensions, limitations, or closure by the exchange;
  • any loss arising from actions or inactions of third-party providers.

10. High-Risk Notice

Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and involves significant risk, including but not limited to rapid price fluctuations, lack of liquidity, technical failures, slippage, and the possibility of total loss of capital.

Automated trading can amplify both profit and loss and may lead to orders being executed at unfavorable prices, or not executed at all.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you fully understand these risks and accept them entirely, without any expectation of compensation or risk mitigation by the Service or its owner.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service or its owner be liable for any kind of damage or loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary, including but not limited to loss of funds, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

  • your use of or inability to use the Service;
  • any error, bug, or malfunction of the software;
  • any action or inaction by an exchange or third-party provider;
  • your API misconfiguration or excessive permissions;
  • market volatility or external economic events;
  • unauthorized access to your accounts or devices;
  • any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the owner.

The maximum cumulative liability of the Service and its owner, for any and all claims, is strictly limited to USD $10.00 (ten United States dollars).

12. No Warranties – “As Is” and “As Available”

The Service and Website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, the owner disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and accuracy.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service and its owner from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your misconfiguration of API keys or trading strategies.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Seychelles, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Termination

The owner may, at any time and at their sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide a refund. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected misuse, regulatory concerns, or technical necessity.

16. Changes to These Terms

The owner reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
